Pyrex for Christmas!

Hope everyone is having fun and safe times this holiday season!
Mine so far has been lovely. Last week the Pyrex stars in the sky were aligned cause I found some great Pyrex pieces at the thrift store.
Lovely Olive casserole dish with a lid!

Here's the fun part, not only did I find one:

I found two for $3.00 each! Perfect, just in time for Christmas!
One held the green bean casserole, and the other was filled with this recipe by the Pioneer woman! Brussel sprouts with basalmic and cranberries. They were very yummy and my first time eating brussel sprouts.

I also found this fridgie with lid. She's not in the best shape, but she will do and I couldn't pass her up, 'cause she was only $1.00.

If you would like to see my other pyrex pieces, go here!

Kids Christmas Ornaments

I work at a preschool a few days a week and here are some ornaments we made for the parents.

Stamped their hands on felt and made a frame with wooden popsicle sticks. They decorated them with stickers.

You know, kids really love stickers! We made a triangle ornament with wooden popsicle sticks, and decorated with stickers again! We also added their pictures inside the frame.

Mini wreath of beads on a pipecleaner.

One of my favorite kid crafts is painting a pinecone, and adding pom poms for decoration. One of the kids in my class added his wreath to his pinecone as a decoration. Gotta love kids and their imagination!

Hope you are having a great holiday season so far!

Gingerbread Mania!

Over the weekend my family and I got together with some cousins I haven't seen in years! It was fun reconnecting and making gingerbread houses!

This one was the "house from Up"! Gumdrop balloons.

I was partial to this one, "cause my daughter made it!

Hope you all had a good weekend!

Swapmeet Finds

Went to the swapmeet and walked the rows and rows of vendors. I found a few things that caught my eye!

This lovely Christmas tablecloth with pom pom trim!

A box of vintage blue lights that are now sitting in a jar.

This old milk crate with bottles!

I bought everything pictured except the crate. I would have loved the milk bottle crate but I "didn't" need it. The seller wanted 25!

Hope you all had a good week and found some lovely Treasures!
